4-bedroom shared house, Merlot Way

🏡 TWO ROOMS AVAILABLE IN PEARSALL🏡

💰 $350 PER WEEK INCLUDING ALL BILLS
Couples $500

We have two rooms available in our beautiful 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Pearsall.

The house is only 5 years old and all of the furniture is brand new so everything is fresh, modern and comfortable.

👫 Who you’ll be living with

You’ll be sharing the home with myself, my partner Devin and our very friendly 5-month-old Labrador, Taz 🤎

We have two fully furnished rooms available, both with air conditioning. The large main bathroom will be shared between the two housemates.

✨ What we’re looking for

We’re ideally looking for students who also work part-time or full-time working professionals.

We’d love to have housemates who are friendly, respectful and tidy. We definitely hope to become friends with the people we live with but we also really value having our own space and respecting each other’s privacy.
