About the Room & Rent:

$260/week – All bills included (Electricity, water, and unlimited Wi-Fi—no unexpected extra costs)

Comes with its own split-system AC unit, built-in mirror wardrobe, bedside table, and plenty of natural light.

About the House & Vibe:

Must Love Cats! Our two sweet tabby cats are part of the family, so you must be comfortable living with feline housemates.

Pool Access: Great backyard with a swimming pool—perfect for relaxing as summer comes around.

2-minute walk to the nearest bus stop

5-minute drive to ECU (ideal for students! )

3-minute drive to the local shopping center for all essentials

Who You’ll Be Sharing With:

You’ll be living with myself and my wife, another easygoing couple, and one other female housemate (plus our two cats). We’re a respectful, tidy, and chilled household who enjoy a relaxed environment.
