Your room is at the rear of the home with your own bathroom and toilet. Beautiful fully furnished room, equipped with king single bed and comfy mattress, desk and chair, and built in wardrobe. Shared areas are kitchen, family room, laundry and alfresco.
Ducted reverse cycle airconditioning for winter and summer. Lovely alfresco area to relax in and have a morning coffee or read a book.
Lovely park across the road and plenty of parks in the estate.
A short walk to the bus station on Marmion Ave which takes you to Alkimos Train Station on the Yanchep line.
