3-bedroom shared apartment, Piccadilly Circle

Hello, short term accommodation available from 26th of June, minimum stay 2 nights, maximum stay 2 weeks. You will feel welcome, comfortable and relaxed at my 3x2 apartment just a 5 minute bus ride to Joondalup Station, then a free CAT bus to ECU. The apartment is at the quiet end of Joondalup on Piccadilly Circle.

There is one good sized bedroom with shared bathroom with one other, furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobe, side table, chest of drawers and study desk for $280 a week.

The pool and gym is available for your use, there is also a steam sauna.

This is an all female house. I have enjoyed having international students living with me over the past 15 years, I am friendly but also respect everyone's space. I am a quiet lady and I enjoy doing art and I work part time.
I have a very sweet elderly Chihuahua who is quiet and gentle.
