Looking for a quiet single student, male or female who will respect my privacy as I will with theirs. The granny flat is in a safe location situated away from the house and is fully self contained in a quiet cul de sac in Duncraig. A 10 minute walk to Greenwood station and a 2 minute walk to the bus stop on Glengarry Drive. 12 minutes by train to Joondalup Station and 8 minute walk to ECU campus. Has a separate toilet and shower, convection cooktop, fridge, electric stove, reverse cycle air conditioner, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, cutlery etc, plenty cupboard space, linen, towels etc, but no washing machine. Ok so here is the deal. The price I'm asking is well below the going rate, cause I'm not into ripping anyone off... But I do want someone who is honest and easy going and will look after the flat.
