6-bedroom shared house, Randell Crescent

This is a spacious friendly home suitable for MALE INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS, situated opposite a park in Ocean Reef. The house has 6 bedrooms, one is currently available for a student. My wife and I are retired and occasionally visit the home. I occasionally stay overnight if repair work needs doing but this is uncommon. Our FIFO son aged 29 years old lives there plus 3 international students (from Colombia and India). Our home is a lovely place to stay, I'm sure you will enjoy your stay.

Great Location:
* 3. 8 km from Joondalup ECU campus
* 100 m to 460 bus stop, a direct bus route to ECU and the Joondalup bus/train station, the huge Lakeside Shopping Centre and Joondalup hospital,
this bus runs Monday to Friday
* On weekends the bus routes 461 and 462 to the Joondalup train station is 700m, around 12 minutes walk
* 15 minutes walk or a short bus trip to the shopping centre which has a supermarket, pharmacy, medical centre, coffee shop, post office and other shops
* 2km by bus to the beautiful Mullaloo beach, also 500m from the ocean walking path

* The room is lockable, fully furnished with a single size bed, mattress, wardrobe, study desk, chair, study lamp, heater, fan
* Linen, towels, pillows, blankets are provided
* The $250 per week rent includes utilities eg water, electricity, gas, WIFI/internet, use of basic home gym and washing machine. The house has airconditioning.
* The house has security screens on windows and doors
* Shared bathroom
* Rent does not include meals
* Parking is available on the premises on the front lawn
* You can store food in the fridge and pantry and prepare your own meals using the stove or microwave
* There are two spacious living rooms, both with a TV and lounge, plus a large backyard.
* Always clean up after yourselves (kitchen, bathroom, toilet, living areas)
*No pets allowed
* No smoking inside or outside the house
* No parties
*To ensure harmonious living, visitors in small numbers are welcome as long as they do not disturb other occupants and DO NOT SLEEP OVER .
A clothes dryer is available during wet weather or emergencies, during warm or hot weather please hang clothes on the line outside.
