The flat is in an upstairs 3x1 with a balcony and a covered courtyard downstairs. Off street parking for one car is available and the living area has reverse cycle AC and fans are in bedrooms. The room for rent will be unfurnished and this is a quiet complex close to public transport, Yokine Open Space, Terry Tyzack Aquatic Centre, and is approx 6km from the CBD.
