4-bedroom shared house, Borealis Street

Update: Two rooms availalbe one immediately and one in two weeks

Looking for students for two double/queen rooms and one shared bathroom with a separate toilet is available now. I'm 40-something, working full-time (at another University), and looking for life-loving, respectful, and responsible people to share my home. I'm hoping to immerse myself in different cultural experiences and can introduce you to Aussie life!

There is one room available now and one coming shortly (mid-to-late April). The rooms are in a stunning, brand-new, large, open-plan 4 x 2 home in Jindalee. It is walking distance to the beach house restaurant, the beach, parks and a bus stop to the Butler train station. Once you are on the train its a 13-minute train ride to ECU Joondalup! The home has a separate laundry, open-plan living and dining, and a butler's pantry. Both rooms have large BIRs and come fully furnished, with a double bed, 2 x bedside tables, 1 x large student desk and office chair.

The rooms are $300 per week each (including internet and all utilities) . Please note that meals are not provided. $1,000 bond. Rent to be paid fortnightly in advance. Police clearance or character testament required, and Australian-based applicants will need references or a signed and dated testimonial.

I have two small, well-behaved dogs, Honey and Grey, and some chickens so it goes without saying that you must love animals.
