It shares a common dining and kitchen, fully equipped with utensils, fridge, freezer, stove, oven and microwave.

A bus stop is right in front of the house, with route 421 and 423 going to Stirling station (2 stops away or less than 5min) and the other way going to Karrinyup Shopping Centre and the Scarborough beach. From Stirling station, the Yanchep line takes only 15-17min to arrive at Joondalup station and 10 min to Perth CBD for City Campus.

Tenant has to love dogs as we have 3 small dogs in the house who may roam to the granny flat area. They are very friendly.
