4-bedroom shared house, Borealis Street

Update: Sadly, our last ECU student has returned home to the US. We really enjoyed hosting and would like to welcome another student into our home.

So we are looking for a new student. One room, furnished double bedroom and one bath with a separate toilet are available now. I'm 40-something, working full-time (at another University), and looking for life-loving, respectful, and responsible people to share my home. I'm hoping to immerse myself in different cultural experiences and can introduce you to Aussie life! I'm offering accommodation to students (singles preferred, and will consider couples - but it will be $300/week for couples).

There is one room available in a stunning, brand-new, large, open-plan 4 x 2 home in Jindalee. It is walking distance to the beach house restaurant, the beach, and parks and bus stop to Butler train statition. Once you are on the train its a 13-minute train ride to ECU Joondalup! The home has a separate laundry, open-plan living and dining, and a butler's pantry. Both rooms have large BIRs and come fully furnished, with double bed, 2 x bedside tables, 1 x large student desk and one office chair.

Room is $275 per week (singles) or $300 per week (couple). Please note that meals are not provided. $1,100 to $1,200 bond (based on four weeks rent in advance). Rent is paid fortnightly and two weeks in advance. Police clearance or equivalent (from overseas) required, and Australian-based applicants will need references or a signed and dated testimonial.

I have two small, well-behaved dogs, Honey and Grey, so it goes without saying that you must love dogs.
