4-bedroom shared house, Willow Road

We are a mature age ECU counselling student mum and 27 year old software engineer son, with a dog and cat, who are seeking a quiet and pet-friendly housemate, someone who appreciates living in a peaceful and positive environment.

We live in a spacious home with ducted air conditioning and super fast fibre optic internet, in a beautiful, quiet and safe residential area. It's an easy walk to Warwick train station (12 minutes) and Warwick Grove shopping centre (15 minutes) and only 5 minutes to the bus stop. 15 minutes drive or direct train takes you to ECU Joondalup or the city. Plus it's only 7 minutes drive to the beach!

We are happy to provide furniture, bedding and cooking equipment or you can bring your own. There is extra storage space outside and inside if you need it.
