3-bedroom shared apartment, Piccadilly Circle

Hello, you will feel welcome, comfortable and relaxed at my 3x2 apartment just a 5 minute bus ride to Joondalup Station, then a free CAT bus to ECU. The apartment is at the quiet end of Joondalup on Piccadilly Circle. I am moving in on the 19th of December and all rooms will be available and fully furnished with new furniture on the 20th of December.

There are two rooms available. Room one is a good sized bedroom with shared bathroom with one other, furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobe, side table, chest of drawers and study desk for $250 a week.

Room two is a large room and the bathroom attached is for your own private use. This room is furnished with a double bed, side table, chest of drawers and a study desk, and a built in wardrobe for $300 a week.

The pool and gym is available for your use, there is also a steam sauna.

This is an all female house. I have enjoyed having international students living with me over the past 15 years, I am friendly but also respect everyone's space. I am a quiet lady and I enjoy doing art and I work part time.
I have a very sweet elderly Chihuahua who is quiet and gentle.
