Buses run regularly and bus # 406 takes a little over 20 minutes to ECU. Otherwise, it is a 10 minute drive. It is only 2 train stops from Perth city (10 minute walk to train station or a 2 minute drive with parking). The beach is 30 minutes away (drive or by bus). There are many restaurants and cafes walking distance to me. I have a private back yard which is sunny and peaceful. It is a lovely relaxing space. I have 3 university aged children, all living independently.
