I am a 60 yr old female who is looking to rent out the front of my house which gives you the Master Bed, Ensuite, W. I. R, study, Lounge/dining.
I work from home and lead a quiet life. I have my 4 yr old Grandson for 1 night/day a week.
Great neighbours, quiet street.
It is unfurnished but you can get great furniture for free on Market Place.
Bills included.
All hard floors so no carpet cleaning expenses.
I like the house to be clean and tidy.
No heavy drinkers, party people or drug users.
No partners sleeping over.
Smoking is permitted in back garden only.
Female preferred.
Must be okay with birds as I have twice daily visits from Doves, Willy Wagtails, Magpies and Ravens.
