You will share a quiet and tidy four-bedroom, two-bathroom house with me, my two children (a 17-year-old girl and a 10-year-old boy) and a friendly dog. We are a quiet family and happy to interact as much or as little as you prefer. Our house is an easy 10-minute drive to ECU Joondalup. The bus stop is within a 5-minute walking distance. There is space for parking on our driveway if you have a car.
The bedroom is fully furnished and comes with a shared bathroom and toilet.
Rent includes utilities - Internet, gas, electricity and water.
Light cooking is permitted and clean-up after use is a basic courtesy.
The shared bathroom and toilet are cleaned professionally fortnightly so you only need to maintain your bedroom.
Happy to arrange for a viewing on weekends.
