4-bedroom shared house, Lawley Crescent

Home in Mount Lawley located less than 5 minutes (10 minute walk) from ECU Mount Lawley Campus. We are seeking to accommodate a new or existing student already enrolled at ECU Mount Lawley, initially for a period of 6 months. The perfect applicant will be in the first or second year of university either enrolled in a course at ECU or WAAPA. We are a happy family of four people (Mum, Dad and 2 children aged 13 and 20 years old). We are seeking to accommodate a friendly, clean, respectful and family oriented person. Female applicants only.

The room is within the main house and has a separate entry. There is one bathroom and two toilets in the house. The bedroom has its own split air conditioning system (heating and cooling) and is fully furnished with a double bed, desk, own TV and wardrobe. High speed internet is available, and unlimited Wi-Fi is included in the weekly board. Board includes room only (boarder is expected to be responsible for own food).
Weekly professional house cleaning is included also.
If you would like weekly meals breakfast and dinner included please add another $100. 00 to the weekly rent - $250 ( +$100 with meals included )
