4-bedroom shared house, Borealis Street

Update: One room left - Beachside Boarding—Two furnished double bedrooms and one bath with separate toilet available now. I'm 40-something, working full time and looking for life-loving, respectful and responsible people to share my home. I'm hoping to immerse myself in different cultural experiences and can introduce you to Aussie life! I'm offering accommodation to students (singles preferred, but I'll consider stable couples).

There are 1 room available in a stunning, brand-new, large, open-plan 4 x 2 home in Jindalee, walking distance to the beach house restaurant, the beach, and parks and a 13 min train ride to ECU Joondalup! Separate laundry, open-plan living and dining, including a butler's pantry. Both rooms have BIRs and will come fully furnished. A larger front will be a study/shared gym.

Rooms are $250 each per week (with no meals and all bills included). $1000 bond (which includes two weeks rent in advance). Police clearance or equivalent (from overseas) is required, and Australian-based applicants will need references or a signed and dated testimonial.

Note for $350 per week I can provide 3 meals a day, Monday to Friday and some weekend meals.

I have two small, well-behaved dogs, Honey and Grey, so a love of animals is mandatory!
