The other room is similar but without the lounge set. Bathroom and fridge to share between you and 1 other person. Allocated kitchen space for personal use.

4 min walk to bus stop (bus goes to either Joondalup or Whitfords train station)

9 min drive to Ecu or Joondalup station

Located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. No smoking, No drugs, No party, no pets and no outside shoes to be worn inside the house. Shared kitchen and laundry area.

Contract term is for 6-12 months. Rental and bond (4 weeks) required.

When fully occupied, there will be 4 people living in the house.
