Beatty Lodge provides quality accommodation for international and domestic students. Centrally located just 3km (10 mins via bus) from Perth city, Beatty Lodge is ideal for students undertaking their studies at ECU. Stay a week, a semester or even a year with our range of budget conscious rooms that are available for short and long term stays. With over 20+ nationalities under one roof, you will feel right at home in our multicultural student residence.
In order to be a resident at Beatty Lodge, you must be at least 18 years of age, be a student at an Australian Institution, and you must provide a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) and/or proof of enrolment as a Prerequisite for Occupancy.
ECU students receive a $10 discount on the weekly rate compared to other students (prices shown already include the discount).
