I am a phd student in sociology, I am searching for a 2-bedroom & 2-bathroom apartment/house to share with housemate(s). I will be living with my husband, who is a work-from-home IT professional. We are both non-smokers, easygoing and friendly tenants. We play badminton and board games, also love to workout and outdoor activities.
We would be looking to occupy the master bedroom and use the parking space (planning to buy a car in the next 6 months). We are open to properties in Joondalup, City, or surrounding areas — location is flexible. Our move-in date is from now to the last week of February, and we are looking at the budget up to 800/week for two beds.

We hope to share a place with:
One housemate, or a couple;
Ideally, someone with rental history, employment, and proof of funds (including overseas). This helps strengthen our combined rental application and demonstrates reliability and stability; I am sure you have noticed how difficult it is to get a 1-bedroom in Perth.

We are happy to discuss rent contribution arrangements with prospective housemates based on the specific property and room arrangements.
