Hi, I’m Ifthekar Kamal . I’m coming to Perth this July to start my Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering at Edith Cowan University, Joondalup.

I consider myself friendly, approachable, and respectful of others' personal space. I value a clean and well-maintained living environment, as it helps me stay focused on my studies and personal goals. While I enjoy spending quiet time working or relaxing, I’m also open to having friendly conversations and building a positive atmosphere with housemates.

For me, a good home is where everyone feels comfortable, communication is easy, and respect is mutual. I’m looking forward to settling into a place where I can focus on my education, adjust smoothly to a new city, and enjoy a balanced and hassle-free student life in Perth.
