Hi I'm Cassie, studying dual degree in Nursing and Midwifery at Joondalup campus. I am needing to find a new place for myself and my 3yr old daughter to live in that is close to the uni and would love to rent with one other female student. We are a very chill little family that either has quiet nights in with early bed times or are out of the home on toddler adventures or at uni. I have great references for rental history and also plenty of personal references for my character and more importantly for the character of my incredible little girl that most say is the easiest most well behaved quiet little girl.
